AV Technology Services

AV Technology Services provide academic support to the Storrs and regional campuses through AV systems design, construction and maintenance of Hi-Tech Classrooms, Distance Learning Classrooms and special installations. AV Technology Services works with University Facilities, architects, AV design consultants, AV installers and AV equipment vendors to insure all projects live up to the University of Connecticut standards.

Services offered by AV Technology Services include:

• Planning, designing and installation of AV systems for instructional and non-instructional use
• Training of faculty and staff to use UConn's Hi-Tech Classrooms (Classroom Manual)
• Consultation on AV equipment and systems purchase
• Bench repair of audio and video equipment
