TYPE 3*CLASSROOM

START-UP:

1) Unlock cabinets to expose equipment rack

2) Turn Master Power Switch ON (top of rack)

3) To turn the Switcher ON, press the green POWER ON/OFF button

*if using an Extron Switcher, make sure to press the red display power button, located top left, to use the projector.

4) To DISPLAY a SOURCE, press the corresponding white button on the Switcher. (To use the Slide Projector, plug the remote control into the Aux Plate)

5) Adjust room lighting:

a) SCENE 2 on lighting panel (usually mounted on desk near equipment rack),

or

b) Manually turn OFF row of lights between Video Projector and Projection Screen (small box on wall or desk with four vertical sliding switches -- left-most switch controls ON/OFF for all lights)

6) If Projection Screen has not lowered automatically:

a) Use the manual Projection Screen control box (wall near Screen)

SHUT-DOWN:

1) Set lighting to SCENE 1 (all lights ON)

2) Raise SCREEN (if down). Press and hold the red display power button located on the Extron Switcher (2 secs) to turn projector off

3) Turn Master Power Switch OFF. Lock all cabinets
